this is probably for you if

what the work involves

technical

  • Crawl and indexation audits — finding the pages Google will not or cannot index
  • Core Web Vitals and page speed, fixed in the code rather than described in a ticket
  • Schema and structured data
  • Internal linking at scale
  • Site migrations that do not lose your rankings

content and keywords

  • Keyword research framed around buying intent, not search volume
  • Content strategy mapped to where people actually are in the decision
  • Programmatic and templated pages for comparison, integration and alternative terms
  • Rewriting existing pages that rank on page two

measurement

  • Search Console and analytics set up so the numbers mean something
  • Tracking organic signups rather than organic sessions
  • A monthly note explaining what moved and why, in plain English

how long before anything happens

Technical fixes can move things within weeks. Content and authority take months — usually three to six before the trend is obvious, longer in competitive categories. Anyone promising faster is either lying or planning to buy links, and both cost you more later.

What you get immediately is clarity: what is broken, what it is worth fixing, and in what order. That part takes days.

a useful first step

start with a teardown, not a contract

For £250 I will go through your site and record what I find — the technical problems, the pages you should own and do not, and what I would do first. It comes off the price if you go on to hire me.
