small by design

growgrass keeps strategy and implementation in the same pair of hands. The person who finds the problem is also the person who edits the page, changes the code and checks that the fix worked after it went live.

That means fewer handovers, quicker decisions and no account-management layer between you and the work. When a larger team would genuinely be better, I will say so.

how i work

implementation beats advice

An audit nobody ships is worth nothing. The value is in the diff, not the document.

slow is normal

Organic growth compounds. Anyone selling you fast is selling you something that stops working, or worse, gets you penalised.

no account managers

You talk to the person doing the work, because that is the only person who knows what is actually happening.

you own everything

Your repo, your accounts, your data. Leaving should be easy. If the only reason you stay is that leaving is painful, I have not done my job.

what i will not do

  • Buy links, spin content, or anything else that works right up until it stops working and takes your domain down with it.
  • Promise a ranking position or a traffic number. Nobody controls those, and the people who claim to are counting on you not knowing that.
  • Take work I am not the right person for. If you need a large content team or paid media, I will say so rather than take the money.

A teardown is £250: a recorded walkthrough of what is costing you traffic and what I would fix first, delivered in a few days. No call, no pitch, and no obligation to do anything with it.
